bu77 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bu77 ("bu77", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses, registers on, or uses the bu77 platform available at bu77.org and any associated sub-domains or applications. These Terms apply to all services offered by bu77, including but not limited to online casino games, live casino, sports betting, crash games, slot machines, promotional offers, bonus programmes, and payment services.

bu77 operates an English-language platform targeting the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). By using bu77, you acknowledge that you are accessing the platform from Bangladesh and that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

bu77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, bu77 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the bu77 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version of the Terms currently published at bu77.org/terms-conditions supersedes all prior versions.

1.1 Language of the Agreement

These Terms are written in English. English is the governing language of this agreement. No translation of these Terms into any other language creates rights or obligations beyond those expressed in the English version. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the bu77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and bu77 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

2. Age Restriction and Eligibility

The bu77 platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, participate in any game, or claim any promotion on bu77. This requirement is non-negotiable and no exceptions are made under any circumstances.

By registering an account on bu77, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. bu77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily. Any winnings accrued on an account where the holder is found to be under 18 will be forfeited, and deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source.

2.1 Additional Eligibility Requirements

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to hold and use a bu77 account:

• You must be a natural person (bu77 accounts cannot be held by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities).
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bu77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the platform using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or any other tool designed to conceal your actual geographic location.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the bu77 platform.
• Your use of the platform must not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

bu77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements, returning deposited funds where the closure is not the result of a Terms violation.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access the full functionality of the bu77 platform — including making deposits, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. If any information changes — including your mobile number, bank account, or address — you must update your account profile promptly. bu77 is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bu77 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts in accordance with its anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. KYC verification is required before a player's first withdrawal request is processed, and may also be triggered by certain deposit thresholds or account activity patterns.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, or a valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last three months showing your full name and residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence confirming that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.

bu77 aims to complete KYC reviews within 2 business days of receiving a complete document submission. During the KYC review period, withdrawal requests may be held. Once KYC is approved, the withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the standard timelines described in Section 4.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bu77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bu77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be attributed to you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the bu77 support team at [email protected] immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All bu77 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amount deposited in BDT is the amount credited to your gaming wallet. The amount requested for withdrawal in BDT is the amount remitted to your nominated payment account, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

4.1 Deposits

bu77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger additional KYC checks. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the bu77 wallet within seconds of the mobile money confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–3 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours.

bu77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bu77's control and are the player's responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bu77 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the player's nominated bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account typically within 10 to 30 minutes for mobile money withdrawals during BST business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours.

bu77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity is identified. Such checks will not exceed 5 business days for standard cases.

Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5. Players may not withdraw bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement. Real-money funds deposited by the player and any real-money winnings generated without the use of active bonus funds are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC verification.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

bu77 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, and to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit at bu77 are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus wallet upon deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the combined value of the deposit amount and the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The welcome bonus must be wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited, after which any unwagered bonus balance will be forfeited.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Each player is entitled to claim any given promotion a maximum of once, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or applied retroactively to bets placed before the bonus was credited.
• bu77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. The withdrawal of an offer does not affect bonuses already credited and being actively wagered.
• bu77 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has exploited a bonus, engaged in bonus abuse, or used strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting").
• Game contribution to wagering requirements varies by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games, including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The contribution rate for each game category is published in the promotion details.
• Maximum bet size while a bonus is active and unwagered is ৳2,000 per bet. Bets exceeding this amount while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and derived winnings.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the bu77 platform, you agree to use it solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bu77 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any other point in your use of the platform.
• Opening or using more than one bu77 account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using the platform on behalf of any third party, or permitting any third party to use your account.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated system, artificial intelligence tool, or other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on bu77.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinated betting, chip dumping, or match fixing in respect of any sports event listed on the bu77 sportsbook.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, glitches, or malfunctions in any game, betting interface, or payment system. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Using a VPN, proxy, anonymising service, or any other tool to mask your actual geographic location or circumvent any restriction applied to the bu77 platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the bu77 platform, including using the bu77 deposit and withdrawal system to transfer funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication toward bu77 staff or other players through any channel.

bu77 actively monitors platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bu77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void any bets or game rounds played in contravention of these Terms, withhold any associated winnings, and recover any losses incurred by bu77 as a result of the prohibited conduct.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

bu77 may suspend or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose bu77 to legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bu77 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any reason other than a Terms breach, bu77 will return the real-money balance in the account to the player's nominated payment method within 10 business days, minus any amounts legitimately owed to bu77.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their bu77 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Requests for voluntary account closure will be processed within 2 business days. Self-exclusion requests (covered under the bu77 Responsible Gaming Policy) are processed immediately upon receipt and take effect before the next login attempt.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

bu77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bu77 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates continuously and without interruption, bu77 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bu77 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the bu77 platform.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising in connection with your use of the platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from a failure of your internet connection, device, browser, or mobile application while a game round or bet is in progress.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any Bangladeshi bank.
• Any decision made by a sports governing body, competition organiser, or match official that affects the settlement of a sports bet placed on the bu77 sportsbook.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bu77's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by bu77's negligence, or for any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

8.1 Responsible Gaming

The platform provides deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. bu77 encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their means.
